Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Quorbzy (quorbzy.com), a habit-and-passion tracker operated by Quorbzy. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What Quorbzy is

Quorbzy lets you track up to five active habits or hobbies ("Quorbs") at a time, check in on them on a schedule you choose, and optionally share short text updates ("Sparks") with other users. Free accounts get one active Quorb and can view the Global feed and public profiles. Quorbzy Pro, a $4/month or $36/year subscription, unlocks up to five Quorbs, the Following feed, Trophy Vault archiving, and the ability to post Sparks, encourage other users' posts, and follow people.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Quorbzy. You agree to:

• Provide a real, working email address and keep your password secure.
• Use one account per person — no creating multiple accounts to bypass the Quorb limit.
• Be responsible for anything that happens under your account, including from a shared device.

You can export or permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.

3. Payment & subscription

Quorbzy Pro is a recurring subscription — $4 billed monthly, or $36 billed yearly — processed by Stripe. Quorbzy never sees or stores your card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Canceling:cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription. You'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to Free — your Quorbs and data aren't deleted, but anything past the Free limit becomes read-only until you resubscribe or archive down to one active Quorb.

Refunds:if you subscribe and it's not for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge through the Support form for a full refund. Beyond that, canceling stops future billing, but we don't refund time already billed on the current period.

4. Sparks and public content

Your username, avatar, active Quorb Cluster, streaks, Trophy Vault, and any Sparks you post are public— visible to anyone who visits your profile, whether or not they have an account. Don't post anything there you wouldn't want publicly attached to your username.

You keep ownership of what you write. Posting a Spark gives Quorbzy permission to display it on the site. Don't use Sparks to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate someone else.
• Post spam, scams, or unrelated advertising.
• Share anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to share.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, and we'll always tell you why if we do.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to the site beyond normal use.
• Try to bypass the Free/Pro Quorb limit or other account restrictions.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with the service's normal operation (including rate limits already in place).

6. No guarantees

Quorbzy is provided "as is." We do our best to keep streak and grace-period calculations accurate and the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for lost streaks, lost data, or missed notifications beyond what's reasonably within our control.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account yourself, anytime, from Settings — this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll post the update here with a new date. Continuing to use Quorbzy after that means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
